imagesYup, any diet you choose to follow with help you lose weight.  If you consume less calories than you use, you will lose body fat. However … you must beware!  When you severely restrict your body from food/calories, your body’s metabolism is comprimised, resulting in a much slower metabolic rate. Repeating this process over time is called yo yo dieting making it much more difficult to shed body fat. Wait! theres more! When you go for long periods of time between meals, your body goes into starvation mode, i.e. your body thinks it is starving, so when you do put food in, your body stores it as … FAT!  My philosophy, “eat clean, keep moving” : )
