So here it is : ) I thought Marla Sarris did a great job of describing the Paleo diet. It is easy to understand and gets right to the point. She also included some great recipes : ) I’ll post the granola bar next 🙂
Basically, the Paleo diet is eating foods that are as close to whole and unprocessed as possible, as often as possible with little or no grains, legumes or dairy. So how is this different than “Eating Clean”? It’s not much different at all. This philosophy is different in that they eat more vegetables than fruit and eliminate grains and legumes. At the end of the day my philosophy is that how you choose to organize your nutrition, needs to work for you. Do you feel good? Are you healthy? and Can you maintain this way of nutrition for a lifetime? Here’s what Marla says. I’d love to hear your thoughts.
