1. images-1Read your labels!  Be aware of foods that say “Diet”, “Reduced Fat” & “Sugar Free”. Fats and sugar have many names, artificial sweeteners are toxic chemicals. Don’t let the marketing creeps fool you. If there is no sugar or fat, then what makes it taste good?  Read your ingredients.
  2. images-2Know the difference between, “Good Fats” & “Bad Fats”.  Good fats give you energy, not fat. Don’t be afraid of them : )
  3. Make time for wellness, so you don’t have to take time for illness. Eat food that fuels your body, move in a way that serves your body & be still in a way that you can listen to your GFI_mainbody : )
