I love these beef sliders for many reasons. First, they are delicious, everyone loves them, except maybe the vegetarians. Second, they are super easy to put together and you can even prepare them ahead of time and keep them in the fridge or warm in the oven. Third, for the same amount of effort as preparing for a small family, you can prepare for a large gathering, just bake and serve!
Lastly, did I mention they taste amazing! Cheesy, juicy filling on a soft toasty bun : ) Each bun could be considered a "meal" when you add a salad or roasted vegetables but be sure to put a whole serving of beef on each one. This recipe is very versitile. You could swap the beef for any type of meat or meat like product you like. Next time, I want to try a taco slider : ) So give these a go and let me know how you love them too: )
