bread42Forever Fit member, Jane Saunders, turned me toward this amazing recipe. Jane is this amazing woman on this amazing journey and one day I “may” be able to tell you more about her but… for now I wait and watch as she transforms her life. But I can tell you about the bread she discovered : )

The Life Changing Bread recipe is so great on so many levels. It is high in soluble and insoluble fibre, low in carbohydrates, high in protein, has good fats, it is gluten free and the nuts and seeds are soaked for better absorption. Oh wait!  It’s also easy to make aaaaand tastes GREAT too! :)))

Sarah Britton, a certified nutritional practitioner from My New Roots, has written an article about one of the main ingredients, psyllium, and shared the recipe.  Those of you who know me, know that its all about the …. Pooh!  This bread is my kinda bread.  Great for constipation and diarrhea!  Read the article and enjoy the bread … it just might “change your life” : )
