Spring Break in the Cowichan Valley starts March 8, which means the
School District Gym is closed for Tuesday Bootcamp… which means Forever Fit is not able to get into the gym. Sooo, Gymstick Bootcamp will be outside at the Cowichan Sportsplex. We will meet under the lights in front of the washrooms at the usual time 6:30pm. We have lots of room so message me if you would like to join us : )
