A big shout out to those who attended the Ride Don’t Hide. Forever Fit member, Rosalie Stetch, completed the ride. Way to go Rosalie : ) Next year I’d like to help build a bigger attendance for a great cause, mental health. This disease that is rarely talked about, shameful for many but very real for most of us. Let’s ride not hide. Although I registered us as a team, I was not able to go. Instead I took my daughter to the Lion King live show at the Queen Elizabeth Theater in Vancouver.
