You asked I listened : ) In response to popular demand… actually 5 amazing women from the Pilate Fusion Class, I have started a Stretch & Strength Class. This class will run for 12 weeks on Thursdays at 9am.
We will focus on the much needed muscle mass for bone density, strength, balance & metabolic boosting. We will also spend 20+ minutes/ class stretching/lengthening our tight overused muscles. And of course, Core, will be
encorporated into all aspect of our activities. We will be a small group of 8 fun ladies, so lots of room for instructor attention, not to mention some good laughs : ) Message/call me to register : )
