Susan has been training with me for 3 months. She initially asked to get into some strength training and feel more fit and slim. Before we start adding stress to the body, it’s important that we address any muscle imbalances first. This way, we don’t exacerbate any pre-existing issues and we can perform our fitness and life activities more efficiently, without pain. As I taught Susan some of the Melt Method techniques to address her jaw, neck and shoulder issues, she was amazed at the results.
