I first met Linda at the Cowichan Sportsplex Fitness Challenge in 2010. She’s been a part of our fitness team ever since. Linda

Obviously she does not need to lose weight. She looks great, right? Linda looks great, in part, because she makes fitness a priority in her life.

For the past 5+ years Linda has participated in three fitness classes/week. Linda prefers the class activities over solitary activities in a gym setting. This is a lifestyle for her. She eats clean and walks regularly between classes. I can tell you she’s definitely stronger; she’s been known to snap a few resistance bands over the years.

Linda says, “Over the years with Nancy I have felt the benefits of improved strength, better posture (still working on it) and a general sense of well being in my daily life.”
