Jillian Michaels has some great ideas to stay on track but honestly, a break is OK : ) Diet and Exercise can be a challenge over the holidays but, if you have a regular fitness program through out the year, you eat clean 80% of the time and you have a plan to get back on track on a specific date, take some time off. It’s ok to take a few days or a week while you entertain guests over the holidays. The stress of beating yourself up from not working out can be detrimental to your metabolism so … allow yourself some time off : ) When you get back to your routine in less than a week : ) you will shock your body and rev up your metabolism.
