Your package includes: recipes, fitness and nutrition strategies, a take-home fitness program, as well as a strength & cardio assessment. Receive a fitness and nutrition outline, a weekly training session, weekly weigh-ins, and three body measures.

When do the groups run?
- Mondays; 4 – 5pm
- Tuesdays; 5pm-6pm
- Wednesdays; 10:30 – 11:30am Or 6:30pm -7:30pm
- Thursdays; 3:30pm – 4:30pm
- Fridays; 9am-10am
Where do the sessions take place?
- Usually the sessions are held in the studio
- If your group wants to be outside or another location, let’s explore that option.
How much is it?
- There is a one-time only, personal assessment prior to the group-training sessions: $99 + GST.
- 12-week session: $299 + GST. This is a great value considering, 1-on-1 personal training would be aprox. $720).
