Your own personal training group not only offers you financial savings but you will receive more personalized attention. Enjoy the support from your fellow members and reap the result by adhering to your specifically tailored program. Your package includes: recipes, fitness and nutrition strategies, a take-home fitness program, as well as a strength & cardio assessment. Receive a fitness and nutrition outline, a weekly training session, weekly weigh-ins, and three body measures.

- Small Group of 3 - 4 with plenty of instructor attention to individual needs.

When do the groups run?
- Tuesdays; 9am - 10am
- Wednesdays 5pm - 6pm
Where do the sessions take place?
- Currently the sessions are held in the studio
- If your group wants to be outside or another location, let's explore that option.
How much is it?
- There is a one-time only, personal assessment prior to the group-training sessions: $99 + GST.
- $ + GST. based on the # of participants.
