And here is the granola bar recipe from the Paleo Diet article. I like this recipe because it is what I call “clean”. Foods that are as close to whole/natural state as possible. This recipe has a generous amount of protein that help stabilize the blood sugars, good fats that keep us satiated and rev up the metabolism. They are easy to make with ingredients that you probably have in your kitchen and easy to substitute ingredients. You can freeze them, eat them as bars or crumble it up to add to your yogurt… if you eat dairy or eat it as a cereal. Variety, flexibility and good taste, that’s what I love : )))
