Forever Fit is collecting non perishable food items to be delivered to the Cowichan Food Basket Society on December 19. I feel very blessed with all that I have, I can’t imagine not having all the comforts of home. In support of the Food Basket Society, initiated by the Cowichan Sportsplex Fundraiser, “Vital Heart Challenge”, I would like to ask your for your help by bringing a non perishable food item to the Forever Fit Studio. Let’s give a little something to feed some of the people in our valley who are not as blessed as we are with food, money, family.
