Cardio Core Ball Blast – is a fun filled way to get fit. Bounce on the stability ball, smash the medicine ball and move to the upbeat music. Nothing too “fancy dancy”. Just fun, functional movements to increase your range of motion, strengthen the stablizing muscles of your shoulders, hips & Core. Challenge your endurance in this fat burning class and watch the fat melt away : )))
