Eating Clean for Weight Loss!

Nutritional consultant Andrea Jones and myself will arm you with meal plans, recipes, snacks and strategies to Eat Clean for weight loss. This is a 3 hour workshop full of strategies and information to support your health and weight loss. Be prepared to take notes, eat a delicious meal and go home with lots of handouts. At the end of the workshop you will have the tools to buy your groceries, prepare several clean meals and implement new strategies to support your weight loss goals.
