Forever Fit is hosting another Eating Clean Workshop, Sunday, October 2, 2016. It will be held in the studio at 11am - 1:30pm. This is a great opportunity to bring your questions, ideas and goals to explore. 

In this workshop we will demistify the concept of "Eating Clean" and how you can apply it to your life. We will explore the basic principles of Clean Eating including health benefits and strategies to help you be successful with your health and fitess goals. Kickstart your fall fitness and weight management plans with information, goals, strategies & recipes.  I hope you will join us for this fun, informal workshop in the studio.
