Bootcamp is fun and functional and offers strength and cardio activities to upbeat music. The small class settings are the next best thing to personal training: lots of personal attention to form and technique, maximizing your benefits.Start training at your own fitness level.
If you are looking for a place to get started or need a change from your present fitness routine, want to sweat, and have fun in a safe environment …this class is for you!

Who should attend?
Everyone! Young/old/beginner/advanced, male/female/ athletic. We all work at our own level and Nancy guides you through it.
Class times:
- Tuesdays at 5:30pm
- Saturdays at 9am
