Aerobic Step Class is a fun Cardio Workout
Step aerobics has all the benefits of a high-intensity cardio workout without putting a lot of stress on your joints. It improves overall fitness by building strength, reducing fat, and boosting your cardiovascular health. It also burns calories, making it an ideal way to maintain your target body weight.
Who should attend?
If you are bored with your treadmill workout and are not seeing changes in your body composition, come grab a step class. I guarantee you won’t be bored and WILL see the results : ) Everyone! Young/old/beginner/advanced, male/female/athletic, everyone can adapt this workout to meet their fitness level. Although we want to keep up the intensity for optimal results, it’s always about challenging your level of intensity. Your high/low intensity will be different from anyone else’s. We all work at our own level and Nancy guides you through it. “Start where you’re at and build on that.” : )
