Using only chia seeds, honey, maple syrup or stevia and fruit, you can have a jar of jam in only 10 minutes. It lasts a week so you can double/tripple the recipe if needed. Actually, chia seeds are loaded in fibre, have a good amount of protein and act as a thickening agent for all foods except where there is vinegar. Chia seeds absorb 13 times their weight in liquid so make sure you add enough liquid to your creations so you don’t end up with custard… unless that’s what you are aiming for, which you totally could do but thats another recipe : )))   Here’s the jam recipe.  Enjoy : )
