images-3This article explains the value of myofascia release for seniors.  Releasing the fascia can give us so much more range of motion in our neck, shoulders, legs/hips and ankles, increasing our flexibility and stability. It may also reduce pain and tension due to tight fascia.

More flexibility, less pain, better sleep, more energy, more strength…. all of which will allow us to lead a better quality of life allowing us to continue the activities we love and prevent injury due to lack of stability.  If you are not already doing some form of myofascia release, you are missing out.
