Who should attend?
If you are bored with your treadmill workout and are not seeing changes in your body composition, come grab a tabatta style step class. I guarantee you won’t be bored and WILL see the results : ) Everyone! Young/old/beginner/advanced, male/female/athletic, everyone can adapt this workout to meet their fitness level. Although we want to keep up the intensity for optimal results, it’s always about your level of intensity. Your level 5 will be different from anyone else’s. We all work at our own level and Nancy guides you through it. “Start where you’re at and build on that.” : )
