HIIT The Trail is High Intensity Interval Training for maximum effort to achieve muscle fatigue and maximum oxygen usage. This method triggers the fat burning after your workout which can last for up to 48 hours.

Where does HIIT the Trail happen?
Take advantage of some of our amazing local trails and playgrounds to work up a sweat, get your heart rate pumping and strengthen your core. Run, walk, climb, swing, jump, hop… play. Each week is a new location so call to arrange your first class. You’ll need lots of water for this one : )
Who should come?
All fitness levels can do this one. The circuits are timed so the level of intensity is relative to your fitness level. Start where you’re at and build on that.
