Bootcamp is fun and functional and offers strength and cardio activities to upbeat music. The small class settings are the next best thing to personal training: lots of personal attention to form and technique maximizing your benefits. This class is designed to let you train at your own fitness level.

Who should attend?
Everyone! Young/old/beginner/advanced, male/female/ athletic. We all work at our own level and Nancy guides you through it.

Water, a mat if you want to use your own ( I bring extras) Forms for your 1st class and again every September and April.
